TortoiseSVN Menus

Service menus for the Windows svn client TortoiseSVN. Provides right-click access to most of the dialogs provided by the TortoiseSVN client from KDE apps on Windows.
A somewhat crude adaptation of the more generic svn service menus. Any feedback is welcome.
