Description:

A version of Spectrum Light meant for use with blur disabled that takes advantage of the new headers in Plasma 21.

Includes a graphic of how different settings change the blur effect.

This is included in Spectrum Light

To disable the Blur effect open System Settings:

Workspace Behavior > Desktop Effects

Under "Appearance" you can uncheck the boxes "Blur" and "Background contrast"

9 9 excellent Good contrast and usability due to the disabled blur and good color choices. Maybe contrast could be increased even more somehow

Thanks for your input! There were 2 features I meant to incorporate that may provide a solution. 1: switching between minimal task indicators and Breeze's. 2: including this (mostly) monochromatic version of the theme: https://www.pling.com/p/1449501/. Since Spectrum is color compatible, a different color scheme could also work to increase contrast. Let me know if this helped.

Global Themes

Global Themes in Plasma are Meta- or Super-Themes, capable of changing multiple aspects of the desktop environment at once, like Window Decoration, Plasma Theme, Color Scheme, Icon Theme etc. In addition, one can define the complete Layout, like what panel to use where, the menu type used and much more.

An example Global Theme:
