Soft dark Gtk theme based on B00merang-Project Windows 8.1 theme.
I have no spots before my eyes after a dark background with a blue tint.
The project is not completely ready, but I think many people will have enough. Like me. In the gtk3-widget-factory all is ok.
0.20 - Xfce window manager theme.
0.21 - Fixed Gtk2 inline_toolbar.
0.23 - Gtk2 combobox fix
0.25 - Gtk2 remake. Improvements for Qt.
0.28 - Fixed treeview entry:focus. New window buttons.
0.29 - Fixed titlebar in Ubuntu.
0.30 - Minor changes: toolbar border-bottom, primary-toolbar border-color
Support, I do not see the list of files in the cabinet and I can't delete old files...

Not sure if it is comparable. In the Solarized-Dark theme by RTL88 https://www.pling.com/p/1311022/ it is possibble to have the title bar in color.
