Several people have responded to the request, but so far to no avail.
Can you try using a binary package cine-encoder-2.3_other_linux_x86_64.zip? it should work for you. (please read the installation instructions first)

I would like to help you with creating appimages, as I have done that before and it is not that hard actually, documentation is a bit weird but videos on youtube can help, appimage is basically your executable all dependencies put into one folder and packaged with appimagetool.

When it comes to deb,rpm and flatpaks I cant help you, I dont know nor want to learn how to create them since it is not really straightforward, not to mention that with debs and rpm you have to worry about dependencies and woth flatpak with runtimes.

I will try to get a working appimage prototype till tomorrow for you to try, all with script that automates proccess.
