"Adapta-Dots" is a theme for "xfwm". It's clean look perfectly matches to "Adapta-gtk-theme" colors. You can use it for other themes as well. It is simply beautiful.
Installation:
Move "Adapta-Dots" folder to ".themes" folder. Have fun.

I really like this but its not appearing for my google chrome on my MX linux XFCE.
Can anyone help?

It is "xfwm" theme and your browser is not using it by default. You can enable it by clicking 3 dots in google chrome's top right corner and open "settings", then find and enable "Use system title bar and borders".
