Blur and Transparent Light Plasma Theme, for light bacground. It dominates a Light grayish color (Panel Background, Background Dialogs, Tooltip ...), in combination with Pale Blue, Mostly desaturated dark blue and Dark Cyan color. An interesting task button on the panel.
