The basis of this Theme is the "Breeze-Dark" Theme. In Theme description it says:
"GTK- 2/3 Theme adapted for Plasma Theme" Red-Black "
"The theme was tested on KDE Plasma 5.16.4, for GTK applications in Plasma".
You don't have to be so strict ; )

1 Copy and pasted the folder into my .theme folder located on home directory and no theme was added to my theme list, and Please its, gnome-look.org not KDE-look.org put some pictures of gnome.
