Чем-то напоминает стандартную тему Plasma sddm.
PS Не увидел индикатора раскладки и наверно стоило сделать отдельную панель для: индикатора раскладки клавиатуры в виде флагов , переключателя сессий , меню перезагрузки, выключения и.т.д ,сделав для них крупные значки и шрифт .(imho:) (imho:)

Something like the default theme of sddm Plasma.
PS did Not see the layout indicator and probably should have done a separate panel for: keyboard layout indicator in the form of flags , switch sessions , menu, reboot, shutdown, etc ,making them large icons and font .(imho:) (imho:)
