In System Setings, you select the Colors you want.
The color of the Folder is affected by the following color: Color Set: Common Colors> Selection Background (You will see this color when you click on Edit Color Scheme ...).
For example, if that color is green, the folders will be green, if it is red and the folders will be red ...and so on.
