--download / -dl option will download the manual page by default.
Some other bugs fixed!

If you have the version 2.21+ you can use the --update or -u option to update cowspeak without having to download and install this debian file!

1. Fixed encoding issues.
2. Added --fill=/-fc= option to fill the white space with a specified character while showing the art.
3. Enhanced welcome screen. Welcome screen will show more details, and won't show anything if something is not available to cowspeak.

If you have the version 2.21, you can run `sudo cowspeak -u` to update cowspeak to version 2.25. But downloading and installing this file will help updating the version info to the package manager.

Note: If you have cowspeak 2.18 installed, you can run cowspeak --update or cowspeak -u to download the latest source code. Everything else will be updated.

Speed improvements.
You can update it with --update or -u option. No need to download deb files to update cowspeak every-time.

Some people say it looks old, so change the design, thus the design is changed a bit.
Removed ncurses from dependency. It will rather use some of the ruby's standard library.
It can now follow redirection from websites, while using --net= or -n= option.
Added --bubble= or -bbl= option, so that you can specify the character of bubbles drawn on the terminal.
Added --borderh= or -brh= option so you can specify characters to use for the horizontal border.
Added --borderv= or -brv= option so you can specify characters to use for the vertical border.
Updated man page.

In this version, stdout and stderr can be redirected via pipes.
Also, the arguments revamped!
Added --net or -n option to get text in curl format, use --no-art or -na with it for make it look like colourful curl!

Animals are now in RGB mode, or colourful mode.

To disable colour:
cowspeak --no-colour
or
cowspeak -nc

Colours can be shuffled, we will call it rotate:
cowspeak --rotate-colour
or
cowspeak -rc

Data for all the files can be redownloaded, run:
cowspeak --download
or
cowspeak -dl
