I honestly don't understand anymore if there are 1 or 2 sets of icons: Arrongin or Telinkrin?
Is Arrongin now the set of icons for both themes?

I'm not sure where to submit this but I found a few errors when using this theme. I got them fixed with this:

separated the Arrongin-Telinkrin-iconthemes and added/renamed icons to comply with the latest gnome 3.28.

moved Telinkrin-icontheme as a different icon-theme 1 year ago

Corrected the Index.theme and added /renamed icons to comply to the newest gnome 3.28 version.
