Well, I can see you are using Moomex-Theme.

To get white fonts on firefox menubar:
Download (again) Moomex-Theme (0.6).
http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Moomex-Theme?content=57063
Type in Terminal:
mv $HOME/.themes/Moomex/userChrome.css $HOME/.mozilla/firefox/*.default/chrome/

Restart firefox.

** For this to work, make sure you are using the default firefox theme.

I did as you asked, and it didn't seem to work. I didn't really pay attention to it again until recently, but the pull downs in firefox definitely seem to be fine now. The text is white now.

Still odd that some programs have a blue menubar, while others have black... and of the black ones some become green when highlighted while others become blue. I don't mind at all, I just notice these sorts of little things. Oddly, I probably prefer it like this.

Thanks for the help, and the eyecandy.

Very nice theme, one of few really usable... But it could be great if glow in taskbar or buttons can be orange, instead of blue...But it's only a detail...

Some icons (i.e. Pidgin, and gnome-power-manager) look a little bit misplaced. And the system monitor has a thousand bars as separators... Looks kind of wierd.

Do you still have these problems when you apply other themes. (I mean dark themes with panel style)

For me Pidgin icon is fine, gnome-power-manager tray icon is misplaced (it's a known bug), and I don't have the system monitor problem you havin.

AFAIK, these issues are related to gnome-panel.

I used clearlooks GLOSSY style but I changed it to CLASSIC so the theme can work on previous releases of ubuntu( e.g Dapper, Feisty ). I don't like it either, I guess am gonna change it back.

If you are curious how to change it back:
Open the gtkrc file, find CLASSIC and replace with GLOSSY.

Hey, the new scrollbars are great!

I think you should now make some improvement on menus.

Report

Just want you know, you can change the background and text colors of the menu style by changing the background and text colors of the tooltips through Appearances. The tooltip style, however, have fixed colors.

P.S.: I agree that the menu style needs lots of improvement.

BUT ONCE AT A TIME.
