Description:

Just a screenshot showing why AA fonts kick butt. May not be your cup of tea but I am using RedHat 8 primarily due to the easy and great font support. Mozilla can be made to use AA fonts by editing the unix.js file, and that version of Gaim is in CVS. It is the GTK2 port for it, it looks and feels much nicer! Everyone should use AA on everything 8).

Hi
I suppose you're running RedHat 8.0 after the GUI. Please tell me from were you got the gaim for GTK2 release?

As I said in the description, that version came out of CVS. There is no release of it yet because it still has some bugs. If you haven't used CVS before it isn't difficult. Simply go to gaim.sf.net and there are instructions somewhere about how to install gaim from CVS.. they give you the commands line by line. You don't even need to know what it is doing. 8)
