New SVG Folder

I think I'm FINALLY starting to get the hang of SVG. Inkscape is a lot different than The Gimp and it's much more difficult to me but SVG seems to be the way the winds are blowing :-). This is a new folder design that I put together. Please let me know what you think. Comments and suggestions are very welcome. Enjoy!! :-)
