This is not a working Theme !!!

Actually it is only a design - I am not a programmer and I haven't found any tutorials yet. maybe if anybody would like to make a theme of it, that would be great. I still thought I put it on there to see what you think so commments would be appreciated. the content files are the screenhots. the design is a flat theme and a mixture of dotnet and winxp and some of my own ideas - i like flat themes they are quiet elegant. so if someone would like to make it working for kde 3.0 (and GTK2) please let me know - thank you

nice =) clean and nice. i don't know does it look like xp or not (i have seen xp once or twice and it looked ... ugly and blue) but it's nice =)

You'll get a lot of posts saying this is too much like XP, but I think it looks really nice.
The buttons are much nicer than windows, but I'm not too sure about the tabs - they look a bit hard whereas he rest of the style is nice and soft.
Anyway, It's good - perhaps someone will make it for you (I would if I had the time ;-))
