It's very original! But I have a suggestion: kSplashWhite is your best splash screen, so I suggest that you work only on it.
One more suggestion for kSplashWhite: because of monitor picture, which is photo-realistic, I suggest that you use the same style of icons (you can find them God knows where;-). The combination with the other style of icons (which you've used now) is not that impressive.
By the way: kSplashFlat preview is not the same as it really is (try download button)...
