Description:

This is the openSUSE 10.3 splash screen, modified to work on KDE4.

To install:
Copy everything in this archive to $KDE4DIR/share/apps/ksplash/Themes

On openSUSE, this is /usr/share/kde4/apps/ksplash/Themes

Then you can select it from System Settings > Appearance > Splash Screen.

does anyone know why audio does not work on the openSUSE10.3 ?
I tried in many way to fix it without success ; hence I had to pass to Ubuntu

do you have any idea ?

It does not work for me in any machine at least installing from or after a live installation or boot.

It would look better if you add some black to it, for example a left vertical black bar.
Single solid color wallpapers and splashes become boring very soon.
