Ubuntu Gimp Splash

A Ubuntu version of the original created by Marco Boneff. I removed the version
number so the splash can be used with any version of the Gimp and added the Ubuntu branding.
To install; Open the terminal with root privileges and navigate to /usr/share/gimp/2.0/images/ and copy in the extracted file.
This splash goes very well with the GDM Theme found here,
