K3b laser light theme

Sabastian is making the splash screen in the new K3B use system colors so it will work with a transparent splash, so I made a different splash screen that goes better with the transparent theme I made earlier. So rather then waste the "laser" splash, I made another theme to go with it.
This theme is not transparent so it will work with existing releases of K3B as well.
