Got it what ???????/
Because I have the same error:
Would you please explain what you done to make it work ????

Thanx
Bretzel

P.S.: I know the missing .moc is QT::QObject meta compiler issue but I dunno why it is not generated ...

lipstikconf.cpp:479:27: lipstikconf.moc: No such file or directory

I got the same thing in SuSE 9.2 Pro.

Got it too :-)

On the source subdirs there are style and style/config subdir:

In the style dir do:
moc -o lipstik.moc lipstik.h
And then inthe styel/config subdir do
moc -o lipstikconf.moc lipstikconf.h

return in the root sourcedir ( where ./configure is located )

redo make && make install ( normally as root if you install as system wide )

good luck,
Bretzel

P.S.: I really dunno why "moc" isn't invoked on those files...
To the Author: can you check it please ?

This is the best Kstyle I've ever used! It's gorgeous and it's usable day to day. I wouldn't have thought that such a minor change to Plastik makes such a big difference.

The option for "paint comboboxes with highlight colour" causes the combobox down-arrow thing's background to be painted with the Selected Background colour, but the arrow doesn't follow the Selected Text colour.

I couldn't live with the menu/toolbar gradients, I like the plain plastik ones. Could you make it a config option?
The rest of the theme was simply fantastik ;)

Thanks for the custom menu stripe color picker. What do you think about making the default color come from the users current color scheme like in version 0.90.

Does this 'mod' as you call it use the plastik code from CVS? I know there's been some (drastic) performance improvments and other bug fixes in the last 2 months. It would be very good if you based your codebase off of that if you haven't already. I'm only guessing since you have categorized this style as compatible with >= 3.2 ... so ignore me if I'm wrong

BTW, I love the look of it :)

It uses the latest plastik version from kde cvs head.

Excellent work! I'll be using this style for a long time.

One thing... with a large size panel, the configuration window is not entirely visible at 1024x768. The buttons at the bottom get cut off. Maybe a scrollbar or more than one column of options?

Im currently working on this, look for a new config panel in the next version.

Thanks for the comments!

Love the updates. Would it be possible to play around with this setting:

Paint combobox handles with the highlight colour

It would look better if the colour was applied as a tint and not so obtruce.

... I'm speachless.

2 tiny remarks:
a) the stripe does not appear when Menu Effect is set to Translucent
b) choosing a color for the stripe is applied without a gradient (is this the desired behaviour?)

Second that, Great work! And damn addictive. I find myself looking for a new update every day ;-) Lol... At the current rate of updates I perhaps should make a cron driven script, just for updating this theme. :p

Thanks for the excellent style. Great work.
I have a question, how to increase the space between menu items? The default I find too congested. For example, with the .NET style the space between the menu items are more and doesn't look cluttered.

brilliant job, this is great.

Great Job. This version is amazing! But what do you think about konqueror status bar enhancements and hide "frames in frames"?

Is it possible for a theme/style to do it or it requires kde/qt patches?

Can you explain? Im not aware of what you are talking about.

Thanks in advance.

The 0.91 release is great, as always. However, there is one little problem: there are so many options in the configuration dialog that it barely fits to the screen (I have to hide the panel to be able to use OK, Cancel and Apply buttons). I use 1152x864 resolution. Pehaps some options could be split into several tabs (like in ActiveHeart config dialog).

P.S. I can't wait to see the 1.0 release. Keep up the great work!

Yeah, I know. When I figure out how to group options in groupbox, I will make it larger and less high.

Hint: Instead of hiding kicker, press ALT and then the left mouse button on the config window. Youll be able to move it freely. :)

Thanks for the comments!

I support this. Such a big window makes impossible to configure the theme on "small" resolutions. Splitting it would make it more usable.

i was noticing that you have the same bug that the comix style had when disabling the focus rectangles... i don't suppose you could fix this in your next release? ( to reproduce the bug attempt to select a few files in konqueror or on your desktop and no selection rectangle will appear )

excellent work btw -- keep it up!
