Description:

This is a port from the Industrial GTK theme, just as we love it. The original port is done by Michael Meeks .

I fixed stuff, I felt, didn't match with the original, also I reworked the color code completely to use KDE colors.

Great port of Industrial you got here, I love it. Industrial is my favorite GTK theme but Gnome doesn't do it for me. Glad to see it on KDE now.

There is one aesthetic issue I think can be improved though. The taskbar looks out of place with the gray buttons. If I knew how I would edit it to my liking, but I don't. So I have a suggestion: Could you make the buttons in the taskbar white like most of the buttons in applications? It would flow a lot nicer. =)

I love the industrial theme, so I'm so glad to see it ported to my favourite desktop environment. The only thing that I can complain about are the toolbars, that seems a bit strange to me (maybe I don't remember so well the Gnome industrial theme, has been long since...).

Anyway I have to say: "Thanks so much for this", good work!

Sorry for nesting another post, but I have a request: is there any easy workaround to rip off the icons from the menus?

That would be great, thanks again.

Try Baghira. It can be setup to emulate the original Mac "Milk" style.

Oh, and be more polite.

You see his theme, demand he makes another one, and then complain you aren't getting any attention? I almost decided not to answer your question.

not every developer checks the comments page regularly or doesn't let him send email notifications.

This does not mean, he is ignoring you, but just didn't read your comment proably.

This minimalistic theme rocks very much.
Please keep up the great work!

This style is really nice, but the contrast option under Colors in KDE control center doesn't work under this theme. KDE 3.4.

This is intentional. Contrast is not going to be supported.

thanx for this! gnome has some cool themes, porting some of them to KDE is really worth the trouble! maybe you can do some windec's too? :D

Thanks folks for the really nice rating!

I know this theme has issues. Especially in kmail, there is a redraw issue, and in kile the button size is miscalculated in vertical mode. In case you find something else borken, please report, so I can put it in my work queue (please no aesthetic "bugs" for now).

Unfortunately I'm quite busy at the moment with other stuff. My free software work time frame is usually on weekends, and the next one is reserved for my GTK global menubar hack. So, this theme will see the next update in 2-3 weeks. Patches are welcome any time, though.
