The picture is of the sunken village of Graun. It was flooded in the 1950s to make a man-made lake to generate electricity.

They tried blowing up the church steeple a couple of times unsuccessfully. If you want check some info out, here are some links:

I think that this is the church in the Reschen Stausee in Südtirol. I the whole village is under whater there since the water supply dam was built.
