First Thanks for the menu.
I've been trying to accomplish this for a few years. I had to move the files myself, they were not installed in the /usr/lib64 nor /usr/share directories.
Anyways, my question is:
in you screen shots you show editing a 'menu' file. Where is that? What's it named?
And, your Howto text file says to 'use the settings icon' to change entries... Where is that?

On the default right click menu, desktop settings, go to Mouse Actions and on action with Custom Menu, you have an icon at right to configure it (In screenshot, this is the first of the three last button).
