This is a theme originally based on Si-Gummy.
The Icon Set used in the screenshots are the awesome hydroxygen icons. They can be found here

1.5 - button size changes and other small fixes
removed icons
1.6 - updated the text colour in the menu bar.
Added a new version with Large Menu Icons, see third screenshot see GummyJAR_LMI
1.7 - Fixed default colours within the gtkc theme
1.8 - Created a new panel that includes themed panelbuttons for people not using AWN - see the third screenshot
1.9 - cleaned up the panelbuttons
2.0 - Redesigned the panel and panelbuttons.
3.0 - Fixed tooltips and redid the taskbar buttons.
3.1 - updated the Metacity theme it is now a modified version of LinuX G Sand
4.0 The panel has been completely redesigned
I have also separately created two new Panels that can be used with the theme.
The Metacity theme has been completely redesigned as well.
