Description:

This is a theme I originally created for Intrepid Ibex. I never published it because I stoppped working on gnome themes.
I decided to uploaded it now, maybe somebody likes it.

My main goal with this theme was to create one that looks familiar to the old human theme but also new, shiny and polished.
It it based on the pixmap engine, so don't forget to install the engine if it is not already installed.

The Iconset in the screenshot is called Crashbit.

Please, can you fix it? I love this theme, but on Ubuntu 8.10 i get random corrupted dock... (black or white line).

rename the downloaded Human 2.emerald to Human 2.tar and extract it, put than the extracted folder to /home/USERNAME/.emerald/themes

Impressive! Just one problem: I get the message "Error calling tar" when I try to install the Emerald theme. What can that be?

go to:

/home/YOURUSERNAME/.themes/Human 2/gtk-2.0

open the panel.rc with an editor of your choice and put the code below those block:

class "*Panel*Applet*" style "panel2"
widget "*PanelWidget*" style "panel2"
widget "*PanelApplet*" style "panel"
class "*Panel*" style "panel"

that should work.

What is the correct line for correct "user-switcher" color to dark?
I've tried many codes without success.

I love this theme, is my default, but the grey color of the user-switcher is annoyng...
If someone can help me to change the color to the dark (like gnome bar) i'll be happy :)

Often I got also white line on the two gnome bar :(

Panel-Language- and User-Logout-Restart-Logoff-etc.-Icons on Panel haven't the beautiful Panel-look you created ;)
70% of all Themes here have the same Bug :( Normal... not everybody uses the Keyboard-Changer-Icon ;)

This is the code you need, in particular the last line, regarding the fast user switch applet:

widget_class "*Mail*" style "panel"
widget "*PanelWidget*" style "panel"
widget "*PanelApplet*" style "panel"
widget "*fast-user-switch-applet*" style "panel"

But I don't know about the other applet if it works with this, or if not. In case it doesn't you just have to look for the widget name and style it!

Nope, hadn't worked. The result was worst. Really don't have idea how to fix them ?! It's a nice bright Theme ;)

Yes, I think I completely reworked all frames and made some other small changes.
