A colorfull all-in-one theme that uses clearlooks and pixbuf engine.
You can change all the colors to the ones that fits better your desktop.
So you can change the orange set to a green one, or a blue one if you like it!

I read your suggestions, and i have rewrited my first realese including some changes, fixes and improvements.
Now you can have 3 panels versions. By default the classic panel is active, 'cause you liked it.
Also you can have a darker version for the ones that wanted more dark in their lifes. And for the few people who likes white panels you can chose them!
Just edit the gtkrc file at line 18.
Instructions are there.
If you prefer scrollbars at the same color as the window, you only have to edit thee gtkrc file at line 91 (just comment that line with a "#").
Also it has the documentation if you want to make some changes (but i hope you like it as it is).
=========
I made this theme in dedicatory to my friend Karyna. Happy Birthday!
ALSO you can get the emerald theme at this link: http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/ColorBit?content=86092
