More customizable version of Ubuntu Splatter by musl1m (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php?action=content&content=120574)

For a while I have wanted to make a customizable splatter, and now I've finally done it :-D

The splat has been made mostly transparent so you can use whatever colour you want, and the background can be customized.

The XCF has 3 layers:
1. the splat layer (you can add a subtle colour, or change transparency)
2. the highlight layer (I forget how I got this, but it is just a small highlight that you can change the colour of)
3. The background (you can pick another tile in gimp, or do your own design for the background)

NOTE: to change the background you must do 'select/by colour' and pick the transparency in the correct layer. Then invert the selection with ctrl+i and pattern fill it or whatever.

NOTE: it is really 1280x800, but there's no option for that.

NOTE: i would like to make a script or something like ACYL (the icon theme) to make it easier to use, but don't know how. help would be appreciated.
