People who try to imitate Vista, get flamed constantly. And until recently, I wholeheartedly agreed with that, because Linux doesn't need to imitate Vista to be functional and beautiful. But:
To convince some people from 'the other side' (non Linux users), I had to prove
that it could do at least the same. And the best proof is to start somewhere familiar. Ergo: kubista was born. Feel free to flame and/or use the content.
This wallpaper combines very nicely with kbfx-theme Just Vista, elsewhere on this site. Also: don't forget to upgrade to KDE 3.5.7, since only in this version, white text gets displayed properly on a dark kicker...
