I'm not sure if this concept was ever thought by someone else, I just thought that carbon fiber desktop is a good way for weight reduction.

Yepp and luckily it's much cheaper than most bicycle frames which look like this..
Looks fine with Aero, in case you aren't afraid of confusing application windows with the wallpaper :p
