Description:

Tweaked version of Xfce's default Greybird theme:

- Blue highlights and no inside borders on the panel

- Lighter background for GTK2/3 apps

- Lighter notifications

- tab-overlap=1 on GtkNotebook

The differences are quite subtle, but I've been applying them in my Xubuntu installations since 12.04, so I thought someone else might find use for them as well.

The screenshots were taken with the panel at 30% opacity and the notifications at 95%.
