wich metacity do you use ?
looks like macos x inspired

Yes, it's OSX inspired but it's my own xfwm4 theme. Maybe I will port it to metacity but it's a bit difficult because I don't use metacity.

It looks good but you can barely see the window buttons because their so dark.

looks nice, and what is the icon theme?
