I like the theme quite a bit. I'm new to Linux and Gnome desktop. Only thing I think should be changed (and was trying to figure out it but cant pint point where the specific option is) is the menu bar. The separation between the menu and the buttons are the same color and it would be nice to have a little distinction between those two. Maybe a point on where that might be? Also in your image it shows transparency and mine doesn't seem to have that, am I missing something there? Other than that I really love the theme.

Actually I've got no idea as to exactly where to change, you have to go through the text files inside the folders in your /home/username/.themes/reuben-black/ folder. That's what I did and just basically inverted all the color values in the original Reuben without knowing what I was doing, monkey style. That's how I managed to modify the theme so quickly, that and macros in Photoshop to invert all the images.

As far as the transparency goes it's due to the fact that a subset of the Compiz/Fusion candy is enabled per default in Intrepid Ibex and for the first time it works flawlessly, it's nothing I managed to turn on by myself.
