Oxygenium:
Gnome Shell version of KDE's Oxygen Project plasma theme «Oxygen».
Tested with Gnome 3.14
Should also work with Gnome 3.12
If you use the Dash to Dock extension you will get more functionality with this theme, such as focus of the running application.
It seems there is a bug in GNOME.
So if you want to see the correct calendar you should activate the week numbers with the Gnome Tweak Tool.
Tweak Tool ->Top Bar -> Calendar -> Show week numbers
install the downloaded GNOME Shell theme with the Gnome Tweak Tool,
or extract the GNOME Shell theme to
~/.themes.
Used extensions:
- Dash to Dock by michele_g
- Frippery Move Clock by rmyorston
Recommended fonts: Oxygen-fonts or DejaVu .
Oxygen-fonts by Vernon Adams:
Created as part of the KDE Project.
If you want to use these fonts you can download it from
http://download.kde.org/stable/plasma/5.1.2/oxygen-fonts-5.1.2.tar.xz
and extract the oxygen-fonts folder to ~/.fonts

I can not confirm it. I downloaded it and it seems to work.
Did you try to download it again? Maybe there was something wrong.
And did you try to close and open the tweek tool again after installing?
