Calmira was/is an little programm for win 95 to make it a bit looking like win 95.
I've ported most of the look of this theme to cinnamon. Please use it with the MenuPlus addon ( the best cinnamon menu i could find for such a usage)

I can see this is not getting positive votes, but I'm going to have to be the "great dissenter." There is a place, even for extreme minimalist themes such as this, particularly on servers. +1
