The close/max/min buttons are much better looking (Active & Inactive), then the ones found in Glider & Industrial. It looks like allot more attention to detail was given to them.
As for what others have been saying, i am sorry I just can not see how anyone could see this Metacity as a rip off? If anything, a huge improvement on the original industrial style.
Please if you don't have anything positive or constructive to say, then don't say anything at all...

I did some changes to the restore, minimize, maximize, and close buttons. I also changed the way the window looks when its maximized.
I also fixed a few glitches, missing pixels, missing lines, redundant black pixels and other more.
I believe that Smooth GNOME is a dervitive of the original novell industrial theme. You can find it named Glider on Gnome 2.8. I'd guess this because they look exactly the same.
