I do wish it could start un-animated though, as python uses way to much cpu power to animate the map.
Also would be nice to have a drop box to easily change radar sites for different images.

I love the concept, but it is a shame it doesn't work :(

Right click and select properties.
Click the options tab.
Click the Radar tab.
Enter your zip code and click apply.
Close the window.
Hope this helps. It has always worked for me.
