ICQ6 smileys for Sim-IM

The new ICQ 6 smileys for Sim-IM instant messenger. Unfortunately Sim-IM does not support animated emoticons (yet) so it is now advised to use "nonanim" version of theme.
Just put the file into /usr/share/apps/sim/icons, enable plugin Icons in settings and add the new theme.

added version with static (non-animated) icons - until sim starts supporting animated icons it is better to use this one (the best animation frames have been selected, not the first frames)
